Is Team priced per person?
No. Team is £49 a month plus VAT for your whole business, however many people you have.
How much is Team if I pay yearly?
£470.40 a year plus VAT, which is 20% off the monthly price.
What happens at the end of the free trial?
Every new account gets 7 days of Team, free. If you don't upgrade, you move to Free and nothing is deleted.
What happens when Free's prompts run out?
You get 25 protected prompts a month on Free. After that, warnings and blocking keep working, but personal details won't be swapped out until next month. Warnings and blocking never switch off.
Why is the breach register free?
Recording personal data breaches is a legal duty under UK GDPR, so every plan includes the breach register.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel in your account's billing settings whenever you like. It takes effect at the end of the month or year you've paid for, and your account then moves to Free.
