Do I need to be technical to partner?
No. Referral partners just introduce clients. Resellers and white label partners get training on setup and support.
Can I white label the browser extension?
Not the extension itself: a store listing belongs to one publisher, so its name and icon in the Chrome and Edge stores stay Saiela, published by SimpleKPI Ltd. What your clients' staff actually see is yours: the warnings carry your name, and the console has your logo, colours and web address. You can also install the extension for them centrally through Microsoft Intune or the Google Admin console, so they never need to visit the store.
